At ShastoCX, we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
Return Process
To start a return, contact us at support@shastocx.com. Returns must be sent to our designated warehouse address provided after your return request is approved.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon delivery and reach out to us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

No Refunds During Processing and Transit
Refunds are not allowed during the order processing or transit period.
Exchanges
Due to restocking limitations and logistical constraints, exchanges are not offered. Please ensure your order details are accurate before completing your purchase.
Canceled Orders
If you cancel an order or request a refund, a 20% fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative and processing costs associated with the cancellation.
This policy applies to all customer-initiated order cancellations.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of its approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
